Services

What ownership-level oversight actually looks like.

Asset management is ownership-level work — strategy, capital, and reporting. Property management is day-to-day work — rent collection, repairs, and turnover. MRM does the former; MRM coordinates with — but does not replace — qualified property managers.

Engagement model

Structured for long-term alignment.

MRM works under a written asset-management agreement with a defined scope, approval thresholds, and a transparent fee structure. Engagements are typically multi-year and structured for long-term alignment with the owner.
